Outdoor trainig and workout at other venues

In addition to the gym service I assure the following possibilities:

• I am pleased to give introductory class, condition survey, group training, circuit training, aqua fitness, recreational activities for company events.
• I help with home gym equipments, I teach the machines’ right use
• If it’s more comfortable for he client and there are the proper circumstances, I lead classes at own home or outdoor.
• For clients with own pool i get the equipments of aqua fitness and I teach the exercises
