Sport has played a very important role in my life since I was a child. It all started with musical gymnastic classes during nursery school. In elementary school I spent two years with acrobatic rock’n’roll and fencing in sports club. I learned play tennis for two years, now I still like to play it. I learned horse riding for a while too, it really brings me the atmosphere of freedom. Of course I can swim. I regularly run and liked to play volleyball. The carribbean dances became an important passion in my life.
I done professional studies between 2009 and 2013 at Fitness Academy and International Wellness Institute, Budapest. Since then I also studies individual, because in this profession – thanks to the health and sports physiology research and technical development – the renewal is continuous.
My education prepared me to become a bodybuilding-fitness trainer (EQF level 3), personal trainer (EQF level 4), recreational exercise program leader, aqua fitness and Sparrowbag instructor.
My qualification approved in other European countries. I am member of European Health & Fitness Association. Presently I’m studying sports and recreation management at the University of Szeged.
