Cross training is becoming more and more popular as a special form of personal training and aerobic too. This is a high intensity, time saving workout, with it the usual trainings become varied. Like any activity, cross training begins with a warm up and ends with stretching. We work with functional equipment and/or fitness machines and own body weight. Using strength and aerobic exercises one after the other in a specific sequence. After a very short break the circuit starts again.
I lead cross workouts for one person, pairs or more guests. It’s also possible at the specified locations.
